Compliant HAF meals done properly, plus a street kitchen we roll onto your site and children's food workshops in partnership with UCB. Ready for summer 2026.
It ticks every box, and the children actually enjoy it.
A hot, compliant, allergen coded meal that ticks every box in your HAF funding and tastes like something a child actually wants to eat.
Any caterer can drop off a tray. What makes Mahirs a catering provider like no other is what comes next. A live street kitchen on your site, and a community restaurant where children earn real skills. This is the enrichment your HAF funding is built to reward.
We roll the whole thing onto your site.
Our Nivana Street Kitchen brings the full setup to your venue. The 14ft food trailer, the pizza trailer, the live BBQ grill and our iconic pink Piaggio Ape tuk tuk. Fresh food cooked in front of your children, not dropped off in a box.
Pizza workshops and summer BBQ options available, subject to availability.

This summer, Mahirs Foundation is running children's food workshops in partnership with Bluebell Wood, the community restaurant at Chelmsley Wood Shopping Centre, owned and managed by University College Birmingham, with its Chelmsley Starters culinary school next door.
Children don a chef hat, work alongside a real chef and make their own naan pizza, Indian flavours meeting the nation's favourite, on one base. They learn kitchen skills, food hygiene and where good food comes from, and leave with a Junior Chef certificate that says: you made this.
Real skills. A real restaurant. A real sense of belonging.
Talk to us about workshopsBluebell sits in a community that deserves opportunity, belonging and a brighter future. These workshops are our commitment to that. Not a service, but the reason Mahirs Foundation exists.
Talk to us about workshopsNo other HAF provider in the West Midlands gives you this much choice. You pick the pack size, how it arrives, and how it's served, and we build the rest around you.
HAF meals are prepared and delivered by our catering partner Mahirs Experience Ltd, the five star rated kitchen with over twenty years of experience and the team behind the food at the scale below.

Mahirs Foundation CIC is the community and social impact arm of the Mahirs group. Every programme we deliver feeds back into our wider mission of training, opportunity and stronger communities.
For providers, choosing a Community Interest Company carries real weight: it strengthens the social value of your programme and the case behind your HAF funding.
